Technical Questions
Can I forward a file, digital product, or resource to my friends?
All free and purchased files, digital products, and resources have copyright protection, just like physical books, and cannot be shared. I am excited you think a friend would enjoy and benefit from the resource! Instead of forwarding it to her, share the link to where your friend can follow the steps to download or purchase the resource herself.
It is easy to forget copyright rules when using digital curriculum since it is so much easier to share a file compared to loaning a book. Copyright is definitely a lot more difficult to enforce with digital books. Check the copyright notice in the front of your book for the specific copyright policy. You may keep a redundant copy of my products for backup purposes, but you may not save or print the curriculum, then pass the digital file on to someone else. If you do give the curriculum away, you should delete and destroy all digital and physical copies in your possession.
I entered my e-mail address to receive your free download, but never received an e-mail with the download.
I’m so sorry. Please know I understand how frustrating that is, but I have no control over how email providers deliver email. Sometimes it’s tricky to get the emails through. Start by checking your spam and trash folders. Often times this kind of email will be filtered into there. If you have a Gmail account, be sure to check your promotions tab.
If you looked in both places and still can’t find it, please email me at [email protected] Let me know that you have checked your spam folder and did not receive the email. Please provide as much detail about your problem as possible so I can help you quickly.
Please note: Please do not enter your email again. The form is set up to only send it to you once, so you don’t end up with a ton of emails. I will need to send you the freebie manually and will be happy to do so.

How should I backup my downloaded purchases?
Backing up your data is extremely important! While we don’t like to think about it, computers do crash. And when they do, you run the risk of losing all of your data. Don’t forget to make a backup copy of your files once you get them downloaded successfully. I suggest you use a CD, external storage, or cloud based storage that you can store away from your computer. If the files on your computer get damaged or lost, you can easily restore them from your backup. To read more about how I store my digital curriculum, check out this post.
