Ordering and Shipping
What forms of payment do you accept?
You may pay with any form of payment setup through your PayPal account.
You may also pay with a credit card. Credit cards not submitted through PayPal are processed by Stripe.
I strive to make sure ordering my products over the Internet is safe, secure, and convenient. However, you may mail-in your order if you prefer using the following steps:
- Add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart and click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- On the checkout page, enter your shipping details and choose your shipping method.
- Select “Mail a Check” as the payment option and follow the instructions.
Your order will be mailed once your check is processed and clears the bank.
Is my purchase secure?
When you make a purchase through Triumphant Learning, transactions take place directly between your computer and my payment processor’s servers. I only use payment services that do not share your financial information with me so I never see or handle your card number or banking information.
If payment information is stored for a recurring subscription or convenience of future purchases, I never store that information myself, but rely on the payment processor to do so when necessary.
Sensitive information is automatically encrypted for transit using industry standard SSL Certificates.
I care about your privacy and security so you can purchase with confidence!
When is payment due?
For products, payment is due at the time of your order. (If you choose to mail in a check, your order will be mailed once your check is processed and clears the bank.
For services, a down payment of $50 is due at the time you schedule your appointment, including appointments for public speaking. Payment in full is due upon completion of the service.
What will it cost to ship my order?
Because the shipping rate is based on the total weight of your order, the online shopping cart will calculate your shipping costs automatically. You will be able to approve the shipping costs before you finalize your order.
You may choose standard service (allow 1–2 weeks from the date shipped) or expedited service (allow 3–5 business days from the date shipped). After you click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the shopping cart you may choose the shipping method. In the payment section, you will see a list of shipping options.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
How soon will my order ship?
While I try to process and ship your order within 24–48 hours of receiving it (on business days), there may be seasons where it may take 72 hours to process your order. If the processing time will be longer than 72 hours, I will contact you with an estimated shipping date and confirm that you still want the items when they can be shipped.
Digital products are available to download as soon as your payment is processed. No physical product will be mailed to you. Your download link will expire after 60 days and may be downloaded 2 times, whichever comes first. To avoid duplicate purchases, please double checked your order history to make sure you have not previously purchased these files. If you do make a duplicate purchase, only store credit can be issued after proof of duplicate purchases has been shown.

Can I use your materials in a co-op or group setting?
Yes! You are welcome to use any of my resources in a co-op or group class setting. I just ask that if the resource used is a consumable book, each family purchase a copy of either the print or e-book version. If a family has multiple children in the class, I do allow a family to purchase just one book and make copies from it for any members of their immediate household.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Your satisfaction is important to me!
I work hard to provide quality resources that I hope will serve your family well. However, if you are not satisfied with a physical item, simply return it to me within 30 days of purchase for a refund of its purchase price. See the details below for specific types of items.
Due to the digital nature of digital products and the instant access you'll receive, all sales for digital items and courses are final.

If the appointment is cancelled less than 48-hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, refund of your deposit will be subject to approval. Any fees or penalties I incur from your bank or financial institution will be passed on to you.
Can I forward a file, digital product, or resource to my friends?
All free and purchased files, digital products, and resources have copyright protection, just like physical books, and cannot be shared. I am excited you think a friend would enjoy and benefit from the resource! Instead of forwarding it to her, share the link to where your friend can follow the steps to download or purchase the resource herself.
It is easy to forget copyright rules when using digital curriculum since it is so much easier to share a file compared to loaning a book. Copyright is definitely a lot more difficult to enforce with digital books. Check the copyright notice in the front of your book for the specific copyright policy. You may keep a redundant copy of my products for backup purposes, but you may not save or print the curriculum, then pass the digital file on to someone else. If you do give the curriculum away, you should delete and destroy all digital and physical copies in your possession.
I entered my e-mail address to receive your free download, but never received an e-mail with the download.
I’m so sorry. Please know I understand how frustrating that is, but I have no control over how email providers deliver email. Sometimes it’s tricky to get the emails through. Start by checking your spam and trash folders. Often times this kind of email will be filtered into there. If you have a Gmail account, be sure to check your promotions tab.
If you looked in both places and still can’t find it, please email me at [email protected] Let me know that you have checked your spam folder and did not receive the email. Please provide as much detail about your problem as possible so I can help you quickly.
Please note: Please do not enter your email again. The form is set up to only send it to you once, so you don’t end up with a ton of emails. I will need to send you the freebie manually and will be happy to do so.

How should I backup my downloaded purchases?
Backing up your data is extremely important! While we don't like to think about it, computers do crash. And when they do, you run the risk of losing all of your data. Don’t forget to make a backup copy of your files once you get them downloaded successfully. I suggest you use a CD, external storage, or cloud based storage that you can store away from your computer. If the files on your computer get damaged or lost, you can easily restore them from your backup. To read more about how I store my digital curriculum, check out this post.
